I have been working on re-vamping my website making these lovely baby headbands. I used soft elastic and a nylon headband along with felt and leather sheets. You first want to cut a 1″ piece from a pair of nylons once that has been done you will pull at them until they begin to roll and that’s it. For fold over soft elastic, you want to cut a piece that will fit the circumference of your baby/child’s head. The connect it with some hot glue.
