I never shopped for school clothes for Autumn before, but I think I will be shopping there for her more often. The items I purchased for her we great quality, trendy and very soft.
Everyone has their go-to summer favorites. These just so happen to be mine. Watch the video below to see what they are. Links will be provided if you want to purchase anything you see in the video. Some items may still be available some may not. I hope you are enjoying your summer.
This video has been a long time coming. I had someone ask me about my ruffler foot a while back, so I decided to compare my ruffler foot with my gathering foot. For me hands down I prefer my ruffler foot first. However, I do feel they both are a great addition to your sewing machine.

When I think of camping, I think of camping outdoors. Not this time. When Autumn and I went camping with Girl Scouts this year and last. We had dorms which housed cabins with bunk beds, showers, indoor toilets and of course heat/AC. This is not always the case for campers. Either way here is a video with some items and tips that may help you on your camping trip this year. Comment and let me know how you camp!
Shopping for fabric is sometimes therapy for me. Just knowing I will use it to create wearable items for myself or my daughter is gratifying. This was just a small haul of fabric to use for some new patterns I drafted. If by chance there is anything you would like to see me make, simply just ask.
*Russian Doll fabric – will be used to make a cute skirt for my daughter Autumn.
*Sugar Skull fabric – will be used for that same thing for either Autumn or myself *Blue print fabric – will be used to make a high neck bikini top (requested from my YouTube channel) *Butterfly print fabric – will be used to make lounge shorts or sleep shorts *Blue Anchor print fabric – will be used also for lounge or sleep shorts *Burgundy knit Fabric – will be used to make an off the shoulder top. *White jersey knit fabric – will be used for either a crop top, dress or skirt. *Mint knit fabric – will be used for an off the shoulder dress.
For everything I have listed, I will be doing full videos on my YouTube channel on how to draft the pattern and create the garment. If you have any questions regarding this video please let me know.
